# 对话管理

#### **一、对话管理功能**

**1. 目前支持打开哪些平台的对话？**\
答：目前支持 **Telegram、TelegramK、WhatsApp、Line、Messenger、Facebook、Instagram、Zalo、Discord**，更多平台持续接入中。

**2. 支持打开陌生好友的对话吗？**\
答：目前仅 **WhatsApp** 支持通过手机号打开陌生好友对话。

**3. 支持搜索现有对话吗？**\
答：支持。目前可在 **Telegram、TelegramK、WhatsApp、Line、Messenger、Facebook、Instagram、Zalo、Discord** 中搜索现有对话，更多平台陆续开放。

**4. 如何搜索并打开对话？**\
答：在搜索栏中输入 **用户名、ID 或手机号**（视平台支持情况），系统将匹配并显示对应对话。搜索框内会提示当前平台支持的搜索方式。

**5. 支持删除会话管理中的群聊对话吗？**\
答：不支持直接删除。如需移除，请在对应平台内手动 **退出群组或删除对话**。

**6. 分组查看对话支持哪些平台？**\
答：**WhatsApp、Telegram** 支持自定义分组；其他平台暂支持默认分组（如私聊、群聊、频道等）。分组功能正持续扩展中。

**7. 可按哪些类型或分组筛选对话？**\
答：

* **WhatsApp**：全部、私聊、群聊、频道、未读、已回复、已读未回、自定义分组
* **其他平台**：全部、私聊、群聊、频道、未读、已读

#### **二、消息群发功能**

**1. 群发功能入口在哪里？**\
答：位于 **会话界面右侧功能栏**，点击即可进入群发设置页。

**2. 支持向陌生用户群发吗？**\
答：暂不支持。目前仅支持向 **已有对话的粉丝或群组** 发送消息。

**3. 最多支持群发多少用户？**\
答：

* **字符版套餐**：最多5个
* **标准版/专业版套餐**：无数量限制

**4. 支持群发什么格式的内容？**\
答：目前仅支持 **文本消息**，富媒体群发功能开发中。

**5. 群发支持哪些平台？**\
答：支持 **WhatsApp、Telegram、TelegramK、Line、Facebook、Messenger、Instagram、Zalo、Discord、TikTok、MetaBusiness** 等，更多平台持续更新。

**6. 如何查看群发进度？**\
答：可在 **群发任务列表** 中实时查看“已发送/总数”进度状态。

**7. 可以管理群发任务吗？**\
答：支持。在群发列表中可对进行中的任务执行 **暂停、继续、取消、查看详情** 等操作。

**8. 各平台支持群发什么类型的消息？**\
答：

* **WhatsApp**：文本、图片、视频、名片
* **Telegram/TelegramK**：文本、图片、视频、图文混合消息
* **Line、Zalo**：文本、图片、视频
* **Facebook、Messenger、Instagram、Discord、TikTok、MetaBusiness**：文本

**9. 单次可向一个粉丝发送多少条内容？**\
答：暂无条数限制，但建议根据平台规则合理控制发送频率，避免被限制。

#### **三、会话管理常见问题**

**1. 会话管理有什么优势？**\
答：支持 **按分组、标签、状态快速筛选**，并结合本地搜索直接定位目标对话，提升沟通效率。

**2. 为什么会话管理中显示的对话数量比实际账号中少？**\
答：本功能基于 **账号本地缓存的对话记录** 进行操作。若部分对话未加载，则无法显示。建议在操作前 **滑动加载全部对话**，确保数据完整显示。
